Long Black - Makes 2 cups
Fresh ground coffee - 1 scoop per person
Add boiling water. Invert few times and allow to infuse to desired strength. Pour and serve.
Short Black - Makes 4 cups

Flat white - Makes 2 cups.
Fresh ground coffee - 1 scoop per person
Add boiling water. Invert few times and allow to infuse to desired strength. Pour, add milk and serve.
ICED COFFEES
Strait up - Makes 4 cups.
Fresh ground coffee - 1 scoop per person
Add 100ml boiling water. Invert few times and allow to infuse to desired strength. Pour, add milk ice, and serve.
Jamican Delight - Makes 4 cups.
2 scoops coffee, 30g chocolate, 10g shredded coconut.
Add boiling water. Invert few times and allow to infuse to desired strength. Remove ingredients from filer and replace. Place bottle in freezer for an hour. Pour, add milk, ice and serve.
